Our Story

Founded in 1987, Building Maintenance Systems has been a trusted name in commercial landscaping for over 30 years. We specialize in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of apartment complexes, shopping centers, office parks, and other commercial properties across New Jersey.
